The Commonwealth of Dominica signed a visa waiver contract with the European Union on May 28, 2015 that allows Dominica passport holders, Grenada passport holders, St. Vincent's passport holders, Vanuatu passport holders, holders of passports from the Independent State of Samoa, and holders of passports from the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, to enter the country visa-free and stay more than 90 days for every 180 days for a stay not exceeding 90 days

Traveling to Europe visa free on a Dominica passport please note that the calculation of every 180 days not exceeding 90 days applies to all the countries listed above and is calculated at the same time, e.g. if you have already entered Germany visa free for 50 days and then go to France for 40 days, you will not be able to enter any other country in Europe visa free for those 180 days.
