2. Agreed to move into a new government-recognized ROC industrial park or incubator.
3. Obtained domestic and foreign patents in the Republic of China.
4. Winning awards in representative domestic and international entrepreneurship and design competitions, or applying for the government's program to encourage foreign entrepreneurs to come to Taiwan.
5. Establishment of a business that conforms to the "Principles for Recognizing Businesses with Innovative Capabilities" and investment of NT$1 million or more as the person in charge of the business.

11. Naturalization Process for Entrepreneurial Immigrants

1. Apply to the Ministry of Economic Affairs of Taiwan for a one-year residence permit for the first time.
2. After one year, depending on the applicant's entrepreneurial performance, the residence permit can be issued with a two-year residence visa.
3. Upon expiration of the two-year residence visa, the applicant's performance will allow him/her to renew his/her residence visa for another two years.
4. If you have lived in Taiwan for five consecutive years and have resided in Taiwan for 183 days or more each year, you can apply for residency.
