Automatic Calculation of Taiwan Property Taxes Lazy Pack Premises in One

The Executive Yuan has finalized the "Draft Amendment to Certain Provisions of the Income Tax Act" for the Real Estate Tax 2.0, hoping to reduce the speculation of "short-in, short-out, short-buy, and short-sell". There are three aspects of the real estate tax 2.0, including firstly, lengthening the tax closure period, secondly, curbing short-term speculation in profit-making business units, and thirdly, treating pre-sale of houses and equity transactions as real estate transactions and including them in the tax.
